Part One: Fourteen Days

Before they arrive in Newport News, Captain Ben Jefferson has fourteen days to come up with a plan—or the ship may not reach America without a racial explosion.

The General ordered the white MPs to enforce the US Military’s official segregation policies.

 The  Black Panthers, Buffalo Soldiers, and Tuskegee Airmen, who battled the best the Nazis could throw, returned home not fearful of Jim Crow in Mississippi, Alabama, and even Chicago. 

They feared only one thing: what happens if I am confronted by an MP and lose control on the ship or when I return home.
